Who we are<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Touch Financial is a trading names of SFP Brokers Limited and JA (SFP) Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with the company number 13178314.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. These Terms of Business<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This document gives details of our Terms of Business. Please note that these apply in addition to the terms of website use, which you may consult at&nbsp;<strong>Terms of Website Use<\/strong>. You may want to print off a copy and keep it with your records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In keeping with industry convention, we do not require you to sign or countersign or otherwise indicate agreement to these Terms of Business. However, you are deemed to agree to them, and to be bound by them, if you engage Touch Financial to act for you or your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Our Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We (Touch Financial) act as a lead generator, leads relating to invoice finance services are passed to Lloyds Banking Group PLC, we do not provide advice in relation to these services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Treating you fairly<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We always aim to treat you fairly. This means that we will always endeavour to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a3eb461b6b3139541c0f116ac9ea8272\" style=\"color:#203d4e\">Conduct our business with due skill, care and integrity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-83b05cf562ff1a5043f366014fb4114e\" style=\"color:#203d4e\">Never put ourselves in a position where our primary duty to you is compromised;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f07f6897f85a9bdfe4973fa0a494d5f6\" style=\"color:#203d4e\">Deal with any complaint sympathetically and independently of the colleague concerned;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-37f02350008367bc772d0e2231bd9ab3\" style=\"color:#203d4e\">Be transparent in the matter of our remuneration; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-127d013d67d75f370a2c0b2963ea9ffe\" style=\"color:#203d4e\">Respect your confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Our Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Touch Financial does not charge you for using our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to arrange for partners to whom we introduce our clients to pay us an introductory fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Limitation of our liability to you<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are an introducing broker and do not act for you as agent or otherwise. We owe no fiduciary duty. We only introduce you to suitable accountants based on the information you provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any advice or decisions resulting from engagement with the accountant are outside our scope and responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing in these Terms of Business limits our liability for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a46b57973a5f6f4f1ec8794ea6c572d3\" style=\"color:#203d4e\">Fraud;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e25b820e86a84d089b80eddd27fb3d83\" style=\"color:#203d4e\">Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are expected to review any documents we provide and clarify any issues. If you provide deficient or incomplete information, we are not responsible for inappropriate arrangements made as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must inform us of any material changes in your or your business\u2019s situation unless legally restricted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we incur cost or loss due to your non-compliance, you are liable to indemnify us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Data Protection and Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SFP Brokers Limited is registered under the Data Protection Act 2018 and complies with relevant legislation, including GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your information is confidential and used only to introduce you to our accountant panel, unless we are legally obliged to disclose it. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to us sharing your data with other SFP Group divisions where relevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may request us to stop using your data. Other Miscellaneous Matters<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms of Business apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e00dd8c1e40ce92fd6e32ecd80b8ecc6\" style=\"color:#203d4e\">You personally, if acting as a sole trader; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9889847b29e55b981a42ddf4f3be6d1f\" style=\"color:#203d4e\">Your company or partnership, if acting on its behalf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No other party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will use your provided address for all formal communications.
